Booking Conditions

These conditions apply to every reservation made with Zinora Tours. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Reservations and Payment

• Deposit: A 20% advance payment is required to confirm your vehicle reservation. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival via credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or cash (LKR, USD, EUR, or GBP).
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at the time of vehicle handover for all rentals. The amount varies by vehicle category and will be refunded in full upon the safe return of the vehicle, provided there is no damage or missing equipment.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 14+ days before pickup: 100% refund of the booking deposit.
• 7 to 13 days before pickup: 50% refund of the booking deposit.
• Less than 7 days before pickup: No refund of the booking deposit.

3. Vehicle Substitution

Zinora Tours guarantees the vehicle category reserved. While we always strive to provide the exact make and model requested, we reserve the right to substitute the vehicle with a similar or higher-class model at no extra cost in the event of unforeseen mechanical issues or late returns by previous clients.

4. Driver Age & Experience

All vehicles are provided with a professional chauffeur, so no minimum driver age or license applies to guests. Our drivers are licensed, experienced, and familiar with local roads and conditions.
