All Zinora Tours vehicles come with Comprehensive Motor Insurance. However, a standard refundable security deposit (excess/deductible) applies. In the event of an accident where you are at fault, you are liable only up to the deposit amount.

We maintain our fleet to strict standards, but if the unexpected happens, we provide 24/7 islandwide roadside assistance. If the vehicle cannot be fixed promptly, we will deliver a replacement vehicle of the same or higher category to your location.

We operate on a "Full-to-Full" policy. Your vehicle will be handed over with a full tank of fuel, and we ask that you return it full. If it is not returned full, refueling charges will apply.

Yes. We offer pickup and drop-off services at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), Colombo city, or at your hotel. Additional delivery/collection fees may apply depending on the distance from our main depots.

Driving in Sri Lanka is an adventure. The roads are generally in good condition, especially the expressways, but traffic can be unpredictable with buses, tuk-tuks, and wildlife, and night driving outside major cities can be tricky due to unlit roads and roaming animals. That's why every Zinora Tours rental comes with an experienced local chauffeur who knows the roads and conditions well.
